Atari Centipede

Atari Centipede is a classic fixed-shooter arcade game where your goal is to fend off attacking creatures such as centipedes, spiders, scorpions, and fleas using your trusty bugblaster. Challenge yourself to survive as long as possible in this thrilling game! Your bugblaster fires small darts at the segmented centipede, which can have 10 to 12 body parts, including its head. Each segment you hit transforms into a mushroom, and every piece continues to move independently toward you. To eliminate the centipede completely, you must shoot its head directly. Control your bugblaster effortlessly by using the keyboard or mouse to navigate and shoot at the approaching enemies.
